Devin

Devin picture coming soon«Growing up, I was a very athletic youth. I guess one of the reasons for that was that my older brother was very athletic and I always wanted to emulate him. Each and every season, I was playing at least two to three sports at a time. Anything from football, to baseball, soccer or swimming. I loved to be out on the court of Field and competing with others my age. As I grew older, that passion to compete forced me to try and improve myself in all aspects of sports. Being very methodical, I decided to improve my body by weight training vs just sports training alone. But not just being happy with going in the gym and moving a few weights around, I decided to learn as much as I could to make my time as beneficial as possible. So, what did I do? I decided to learn everything a trainer knew. I wanted to be able to train myself in not just weight lifting, but in every aspect of sorts. After several years of studying and research, I decided to make it official and get certified. My very first job was at a local YMCA which allowed me to get certified on the spot by one of the best certification processes available. During that same time, I was also going to school for sports and medicine. I decided to devote all my time into learning as much as possible about the human body and how to improve it. After college, I decided to go through a few more certification processes as the information of the fitness world is always changing and its hard to stay up to date on it if you are not proactive on keeping up with the ever changing knowledge.

Once I completed my advanced courses, I decided that I was going to not only use this info for myself, but also allow this new found knowledge to be used as my business. I began training clients independently and decided to see how vast of a variety I could train. My clientele included the normal individual who just wanted to lose a bit of weight and/or get in shape as well as collegian athletes and all the way to the elderly. During this time, I noticed that my love of all sports were changing. While I still loved to get out on the Field to compete, what really held my attention was the weight room. After a few of my clients entered and placed very well in their shows, I decided it was my turn to push my body to its limits and enter my first show. After coming in 1st place in my class and 2ND overall, I knew I was hooked and the rest was history. I realized that from that point on, my life was going to revolve around the human body to its full potential no matter what my client was. Move forward 10 years later, and I have yet to have one client not reach their goals. If I have someone come to me for help, and they have the passion to pursue it, I will get them where they need to be. If you give me your will power, I will give you the knowledge you need to succeed.»

Brad

Brad « From a young age it was evident I had sports in my blood. I had a will to compete and succeed in most anything I did in life and this transposed itself into my sporting career where the competition of sports fired my enthusiasm to do well in any sporting endeavor I choose. Originally I was drawn to athletics and swimming. In athletics I represented in hurdles, high jump, 100 and 400meters events showing the diversity I possessed. In swimming it was backstroke. As I grew older more of the team sports had appeal and particularly Australian Rules Football. I played “Aussie Rules” for several years culminating in a trial for a professional major Australian Rules Football League club where I was signed to the train on squad at a tender 17 years of age. At 18 though I began to get the wanderlust and travel was next on my life agenda. Brad picture

I set off around Australia and eventually landed in Darwin, the countries most northern capital. Here I was introduced to Rugby and played first grade in both Rugby League and Rugby Union. In rugby I found a true passion I could devote to entirely and fell in love with the sport. I was fortunate to have played in a few winning grand finals for my club side and represented at state level in both codes. Rugby was also responsible for introducing me to the gym. In an effort to improve my agility, speed, endurance and most importantly size I spent many hours in the gym. A new love affair was born and any spare time I had outside of training for rugby or working in my fledgling business I could be found in the gym. At age 30 I made the difficult decision to retire from rugby but this meant I could now spend more time in the gym of which I did gladly. A few years later I was married and beginning a family so my life priorities changed and the gym visits became less frequent. At age 40 I was disgusted with myself being somewhere around 20-25lbs overweight and made a promise to reinvent myself. Part of this was for selfish reasons but the other was to be healthy and capable to enjoy time with my now two young children. I became a “gym junkie” once again and loved every minute of it. Come forward to today and I am close to being back into the shape of my youth as evidenced in the accompanying photos to this bio and after spending countless hours over several years in the gym working with different trainers I have found what works best and what doesn’t and applied that to the body you see today at age 47. These past few years have been spent feverishly learning and researching all aspects of bodybuilding and passing on that knowledge to those who I work with and ensuring they also achieve their goals. I have come full circle so I understand where many of you might be now and I guarantee to get you were you want to go. All I ask is that you place absolute faith in the instruction I provide you and together we will make the changes you seek happen. My expertise is wide ranging and can be applied to anybody seeking to improve them selves from losing a few pounds to competing at the highest levels of Body Building.»
